How do I track my order?
Your order will be delivered by The Courier Guy; you will receive a notification from them at each step of the dispatch process. Please use your waybill number to track your parcel here.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders should reach you in 2 - 5 working days. Please track your parcel directly with The Courier Guy. You'll be notified via email.
What happens if an item doesn't fit?
You may return it so long as it has not been worn and is in the same condition you received it in. Instructions for returns are below under 'can i return?'.
Can I return items?
Yes! Returns must be sent back to our Johannesburg warehouse;
8th floor, The Atrium on Fifth, Sandton City, Johannesburg.
Refunds will be made back to the card which you paid with.
(Remember, there is only one of each item, we're unable to swap it for another size.)
How long do I have to return?
You will have to return it within 14 days with the tag still on and in the same condition you received it in.
Can I sell you my items?
Yes! We would love to find your clothes a new home. View our consignment guidelines or contact us for more information.
How long will they be listed for before being taken down?
They will be listed for a month before being taken down. After which you can decide if you'd like to donate your items to VWL or collect them.
How much of the selling price will I take home?
You will get 50% (half) of the selling price and we will take 50% (the other half), which will then go to our charities.
When will you pay me?
At the end of each month.
What items do you accept on consignment?
We accept items which are in perfect condition. Consignment will be done on appointment basis only, bring your items along to your appointment and we will let you know which items we can sell and which we can't. After that, you leave the rest to us. We will photograph, market and sell your goodies to their new home. You can view our consignment guidelines for more information.

I missed a fave - will you restock?
Gently-worn is the name of the game, because of this we only have one of each item. Act fast to avoid disappointment. The good news is that new items are dropped multiple times a week!
Do you have an in-person shop?
We do not currently have one but hope soon we will be able to.
May I come in and try items on?
We do not currently have an in-person shop but if you are worrying about size, rather order the item, try it at home and return it. You can see how to return above.
Will you be having a pop-up sale?
We most certainly will be having pop-up sales in the future. Follow us on social media to keep updated as to any events and pop-ups.
