Returns are subject to the below Returns Policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the order being received.

If you opted for collection instead of delivery, please collect your order within 10 days of receiving your “ready for collection” email. The 7-day return policy will only apply from the date of collection if the order is collected within this timeframe.
Notify VWL of the intended return prior to sending it. We need to ensure that there is someone to receive the package. There are often changes to the address too, by notifying us of the return we ensure the package is well received on our side.

The returned items can be couriered or dropped off in JHB or CPT.
Items will be assessed prior to the refund being processed.
